Restaurant Manager is needed with Bachelor’s degree or Foreign Equivalent in Business Administration or Business Management or Restaurant Management and two (2) years of experience as Restaurant Manager performing following job duties:

Oversee the operations of the Restaurant. Prepare restaurant policies for safe operations and conduct training exercises.  Ensure the restaurant follows health and safety regulations.  Respond to customer complaints and ensure customer complaints are resolved.  Estimate food and beverage costs and purchase requisitions for Indian Chinese cooking.  Investigate and resolve food quality problems. Plan the menu with Chefs to budget and order raw products as necessary, thereby maintaining effective inventory levels.  Prepare weekly expenditure and income statements.

Hours:

2:00pm - 10:00pm – Tuesday - Friday (1 Hour Lunch Break)

3:00pm - 10:00pm  - Saturday/Sunday (1 Hour Lunch Break)

Day Off: Monday

Salary: $104790.00 Per Year
